A: Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in personalization. Personalised and commissions jewellery is made to order especially for you, so it can be hard to resell. Contact me within 14 days with photos and a description. Return the item in original packaging. Customised items cannot be returned for change of mind. After inspection, we offer a replacement or refund.
